The Ministry of Justice, the Chamber of Bailiffs and the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund signed a Memorandum establishing a rapid and direct exchange of data on debtors who are pension beneficiaries.
The aim is to ensure a faster and more efficient exchange of data on debtors, pension beneficiaries, which will enable:
- greater legal certainty for citizens,
- protection of personal data and respect for ethical standards,
- care for the most vulnerable categories (pensioners with a minimum pension),
- clear and transparent procedures,
- more efficient implementation of enforcement.
The Memorandum strengthens institutional cooperation, reduces administrative obstacles and guarantees fair and lawful treatment.
The Ministry of Justice continues to build the judicial system on trust, accountability and transparency.
