The Ministry of Justice informs you that the theoretical part of the expert witness exam will be conducted on 03.07.2025.
All candidates who will take the expert witness exam are obliged to register their participation no later than 27.06.2025.
Candidates are obliged to submit evidence of fulfillment of the requirements for taking the exam in addition to the application provided in the attachment, as follows:
- Application with a payment slip for the administrative fee of 50 MKD and a payment order of 9,000 MKD for taking the professional expert witness exam;
- Copy of ID card;∙ Certificate of citizenship (not older than 6 months, original or notarized)
- Copy of a diploma of higher education in the relevant field (diploma of a four-year higher education or a diploma with 300 credits according to the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) (notarized);
- Confirmation that a final decision has not been imposed a ban on performing a profession, activity or duty;
- Confirmation of five years of work experience after graduation in the relevant field (original/notarized).
- Certificate of completed training in the relevant field of expertise, organized by the Chamber of Experts for a duration of at least 60 hours (notarized)
- Payment of 9,000.00 MKD on a payment slip PP/50, with the following data:

Based on Article 15 paragraphs (1) and paragraph (2) of the Law on Expertise (*) ("Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia" No. 154/23) I submit an application for taking of the expert exam in the field of .
In addition to the application, I submit evidence in the original or in a certified copy according to which I meet the requirements:
1. to be a citizen of the Republic of North Macedonia,
2. to have a residence in the Republic of North Macedonia,
3. to have completed higher education in the relevant field (a diploma for completed four-year higher education or a diploma with 300 credits according to the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS),
4. I have not been banned from practicing a profession, activity or duty as long as the consequences of the ban persist,
5. to have at least five years of work experience after graduation in the appropriate field for which the application for taking professional exams has been submitted,
6. to have completed training in the appropriate field of expertise, organized by the Chamber, lasting at least 60 hours.
In accordance with Article 18 paragraph (1) of the Law on Expertise (*), I enclose proof of payment for taking the exam 15 (fifteen) days before the day determined as the day for taking the exam.
