October 11 is a testimony to the courage, sacrifice and determination against fascism and а testimony to freedom, instead of fear.
Today, at the Memorial Complex "Kosturnica" in Kumanovo, we pay tribute to all those who laid down their lives for the freedom, dignity and future of our country.
Their sacrifice obliges us to preserve freedom, strengthen justice, respect human dignity and build institutions that serve the citizens.
Freedom is not given as a gift. It is won with courage, guarded with responsibility and passed on from generation to generation.
