Understanding the functioning and case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union is essential for the correct interpretation and application of European law, as well as for compliance with European standards.

The efficient conduct of proceedings before the Court and the practical application of the Charter require knowledge, consistency and commitment from all institutions – especially within the judicial system.
