The Minister of Justice, Igor Filkov, together with the Union of Workers in the Administration, Judicial Bodies and Citizens' Associations (UPOZ) and the Union of Administration, State Administration and Judiciary (SADU), signed the Collective Agreement by which administrative employees will receive a phased increase in salaries, which will reach a total of 21% by 2028.
According to the agreed dynamics, the increase will be implemented in three phases:
7% increase from March 1, 2026;
7% additional increase from March 1, 2027;
7% additional increase from March 1, 2028.
The collective agreement additionally provides for:
-Additions for night shifts, shift work, work during weekends, work during holidays, as well as for work longer than full-time work.
-Jubilee awards
-Annual vacation allowance
-Protection from harassment in the workplace
-Occupational health and safety measures
For employees of the Ministry of Justice, this means greater motivation, but also increased responsibility, efficiency and professionalism in everyday work, as well as higher quality of services to citizens.
