Greater transparency when taking the bar exam

The Ministry of Justice has prepared amendments to the Rulebook for the method of taking the bar exam, with a clear focus on improving transparency in the entire process.
With the proposed solutions, the results of the oral part will be communicated publicly, in front of all candidates, immediately after the completion of the test.
The oral part will be conducted in a group, and upon completion of the test, the Commission will publicly announce the results for each group.
This decision is expected to strengthen confidence in the process of taking the bar exam.
