42.9% of the planned activities were fully realized in 2024. This rate does not include activities that are still in progress.
The rate of realization will increase significantly with the activities undertaken in 2025, ending with the month of June. You will be additionally informed about this through the semi-annual report, which will be published during July 2025.
In 2024, the greatest success was achieved in the first and second priority areas, with realization of over 60%. This applies to the judiciary, the Public Prosecutor's Office and other institutions in the system.
These figures are significant, but even more important is that they indicate that the judicial system is starting to move in the right direction - towards trust, transparency and efficiency.
The process of forming the new Council for Monitoring Reforms in the Judiciary will begin, the responsibilities of which are not limited to the coordinated monitoring of the implementation of the Development Sectoral Strategy for the Judiciary (2024-2028) and the Action Plan, but also the Reform Agenda 2024-2027, especially in section 5: Fundamental values / Rule of Law.
The implementation of the planned reforms remains a top priority, and we are guided by the shortest deadlines set in the Reform Agenda.
