Within the framework of the discussion "Reform Agenda and the Berlin Process through the prism of European Integration", with a focus on the role of Parliament and the degree of implementation of the reforms from the Growth Plan, the Ministry of Justice informed about the activities undertaken in the past period:
- Continued implementation of the rule of law reforms and fulfillment of European recommendations.
- Legal reforms, Judicial Council, strengthening of the Public Prosecution Service.
- Active preparation of the Roadmaps for Cluster 1 and the negotiating positions for Chapter 23.
European integration is our common process - of the institutions, Parliament, the civil sector and the entire society.
Only with cooperation and constructiveness can we ensure faster progress and a European future for all.
