The reform agenda is the driving force behind judicial reform and European integration

The Minister of Justice, Jeton Shasivari, participated in a working meeting dedicated to the implementation of the Reform Agenda, where the emphasis was placed on the activities and obligations undertaken by the institutions within the framework of the reform process.
The importance of efficient coordination between competent institutions and consistent implementation of reform measures, especially in the area of the rule of law and improvement of the judicial system, was emphasized.
The Ministry of Justice remains strongly committed to the realization of reform priorities and will continue to work actively to fulfill the obligations arising from the Reform Agenda, as a significant step towards accelerating European integration and strengthening legal security in the country.
