Today, the Minister of Justice, Jeton Shasivari, had a working meeting with the president of the Chamber of Enforcement Agents , Vesna Delovska, where it was discussed about the current challenges in the enforcement activity and the possibilities for improving legal solutions.
The Chamber of Enforcement Agents, which has had continuous cooperation with the Ministry of Justice since 2006, presented its comments and suggestions regarding the amendments to the Law on Enforcement, and expressed its readiness to actively contribute to the further work of the working group.
The Ministry of Justice remains committed to the inclusive process of legal reforms, in which all constructive proposals will be reviewed with the aim of creating a more efficient, transparent and improved enforcement system, in the interest of citizens, legal certainty and the rule of law.
