Support for reforms in the judiciary and strengthening the rule of law were part of the topics discussed at the meeting between the Minister of Justice, Jeton Shasivari, and the Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, H.E. Matthew Lawson.
In the past period, through joint initiatives and implemented projects, support is provided for the modernization of the judicial system, strengthening of institutional capacities and establishment of more effective mechanisms for dealing with organized crime.
The partnership with the United Kingdom remains an important segment in the support of reform processes and in the achievement of strategic goals for the effective administration of justice.
