At the session, the minutes of the previous session were adopted, and it began with a review of the OSCE/ODIHR recommendations for improving of the Electoral Code.
As part of the discussion, the members of the Working Group analyzed the recommendations, in order to ensure greater legal certainty, transparency and integrity of the electoral process.
At the same time, the members were also provided with proposals from the State Election Commission and the Agency for Administration, which will be subject to further consideration in the next phase of the work.
This process represents a significant step towards strengthening trust in the electoral system and harmonization with international standards.
The Working Group continues its intensive work, aimed at creating comprehensive and quality solutions for the electoral system.
