The Ministry of Justice is organizing a public hearing on the Draft Law on Associations and Foundations and invites all interested parties to participate in the public consultation process. The public debate will be held in Skopje – 12.02.2026 (Thursday), 11:00 am, at the Marriott Hotel.
The draft law is available for public inspection on ENER, and all opinions and comments expressed at the debates will be considered in the same way as written comments submitted through the system.
The event is organized with the support of the EU-funded project “Technical Support for Improving the Enabling Environment for Civil Society Organizations in the Republic of North Macedonia”.
