Recommendations from the Assessment Mission, as well as expert guidelines from the workshops for Chapter 23, organized with UNOPS, are incorporated into the legal solution.
Key changes:
• Clear determination of the required number of judges and public prosecutors, with more precise rules for publishing advertisements
• A simplified and more transparent procedure for accepting candidates for initial training, with clearly defined deadlines
• Improvement of training methodology and more efficient functioning of Academy bodies
• More precise regulation of the scoring of the practical part of the entrance exam
• Compliance with the decisions of the Constitutional Court and overcoming the weaknesses in the existing legal solution
The goal is to create a high-quality and transparent training system, increase legal certainty and prepare professional and ethical personnel for the judicial system.
