The legal solution incorporates the recommendations of the Assessment Mission, as well as the expert guidance from the Chapter 23 workshop, organized with UNOPS.
Key changes:
• Clearer determination of the required number of judges and public prosecutors, with more precise rules for publishing advertisements
• Simplified and more transparent procedure for accepting candidates for initial training, with clearly defined deadlines
• Improving the methodology of training and more efficient functioning of the Academy's bodies
• More precise regulation of the scoring of the practical part of the entrance exam
• Harmonization with the decisions of the Constitutional Court and overcoming the weaknesses in the existing legal solution
The goal is to create a quality and transparent training system, greater legal certainty and preparation of expert, ethical and professional personnel for the judicial system
