The Bar Association is one of the most important partners of the Ministry of Justice in implementing reforms in the justice system

The Minister of Justice, Jeton Shasivari, had a working meeting with the President of the Bar Association of the Republic of North Macedonia, Lazo Gjorgievski, at which they exchanged views on the current situation and reform processes that are important for improving the justice system.
For a successful reform of the justice system, an open and substantive dialogue with all professions and institutions is required when creating legal solutions that should provide greater legal certainty and efficient protection of citizens' rights.
The cooperation between the Ministry of Justice and the Bar Association will continue in the future with the aim of creating a modern, efficient and professional justice system, in accordance with European standards.
