Ministry of Justice is said to be among the most transparent institutions in 2025

The Ministry of Justice is among the most transparent institutions according to the Active Transparency Index for 2025, with a high 87.0% active transparency. The Ministry is ranked in the first column, together with the most open institutions in the country.

This annual ranking, which covers 102 institutions, including the Government, all ministries and municipalities, is a significant indicator of the level of active transparency – that is, the extent to which institutions proactively publish information of a public nature without waiting for formal requests from citizens.

This result is confirmation of the continuous efforts of the Ministry of Justice to strengthen transparency, accountability and trust in institutions.
