Spatial solution for judicial institutions in Tetovo

Spatial solution for judicial institutions in Tetovo

The Ministry of Justice is actively working to find an appropriate spatial solution for the judicial institutions in Tetovo.

As part of this initiative, a visit was made to the Basic Court in Tetovo, where a meeting was held with the President of the Court, Hasan Asani, and the State Attorney for the Tetovo region, Rivajet Ajruli.

Although the Basic Court in Tetovo is in excellent condition, it faces spatial challenges that make its daily functioning difficult.

It was found that the existing spatial capacities are not sufficient to meet the needs of the court, the State Attorney's Office, the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Probation Office of the Sanctions Enforcement Administration.

The Ministry of Justice informed the attendees about the steps taken and the initiative to present the problem to the Government.

It was discussed about possible solutions, including the use of vacant business premises in the city center for the location of the Prosecutor's Office and the State Attorney's Office.

The Ministry remains committed to finding a quick and efficient solution to this spatial challenge.
