Working meeting of the Minister of Justice Shasivari with the Chamber of Commerce of Northwestern Macedonia

At today's meeting of the Minister of Justice, Jeton Shasivari, with the Acting President Nuhi Aliu and representatives of the Chamber of Commerce of Northwestern Macedonia, current issues of importance for the business community were discussed, primarily for the promotion of institutional cooperation and the legislative agenda.
Special emphasis was placed on the Draft Law on Enforcement, which has been published on ENER and is open to comments, proposals and suggestions from all stakeholders.
The aim of the new legal solution is to create a more efficient, more transparent and fairer enforcement system, which will contribute to greater legal certainty, the rule of law and the protection of the interests of citizens.
Minister Shasivari and the interlocutors agreed that cooperation between the Ministry of Justice and the business community will continue through open dialogue and a partnership approach, with the aim of improving legal solutions and creating a more efficient and secure business environment.
