REFORM AGENDA – RULE OF LAW

Tonight, a meeting dedicated to the Reform Agenda was held in the Government, with a focus on current activities, priorities, and next steps for implementing reforms.
The Ministry of Justice has a significant and concrete role in the Reform Agenda, within the area of ​​the rule of law.
Our priorities are clear: more efficient justice, stronger institutions, legal certainty and the application of European standards.
Reforms are not only an obligation in the process of European integration. They are, above all, a responsibility towards citizens and the basis for building a state in which the laws are applied equally to all.
Every implemented step of the Reform Agenda is a step towards a fairer system, stronger institutions and a faster path to the European Union.
