The obligations of the Ministry of Justice that were announced by you are taken over from the ESPEO system as of June 30 and relate to the regular financing of political parties for 2023 in the amount of 386,602,809.00 MKD and 1,131,850.00 MKD in unpaid obligations.
At the same time, 98% of the balance of the due obligations or 379,214,295.00 MKD was already booked to expenditure account 463170 - Transfers to political parties, created on June 20, 2024 and paid on July 4, 2024 in the amount of 379,214,295.00 MKD .
The remaining 8,520,364.00 MKD were regular current obligations that are paid according to the maturity date.
If you analyze the status of the obligations of the Ministry of Justice reported in the ESPEO system on July 31, you will find that there is a balance of 89, 241, 261.00 MKD in due obligations and 516,335.00 MKD in overdue liabilities.
Of them, 95% or 85,577, 296.00 MKD are transferred to expenditure account 463170 - Transfers to political parties, and are processed for payment according to the adopted rebalancing of the budget, and the remaining 4,180,301.00 are regular obligations that are currently being processed.
