The Regional Anti-Corruption Initiative (RAI) has launched a series of two-day trainings on Corruption Risk Assessment and Anti-Corruption Review of Regulations in the Security and Environment sectors.
As part of the event, the Director of the RAI Secretariat awarded plaques of gratitude and recognition to the representatives of the Ministry of Justice in the RAI Steering Group – Nikola Prokopenko and Elena Dimovska – for their continued contribution and support to the work of the RAI.
The trainings aim to strengthen institutional integrity and improve preventive mechanisms against corruption, through the use of structured tools for assessing and managing corruption risks – both in daily operations and in the legislative process.
This series is the third of a total of six national trainings in the Western Balkan countries, within the framework of the Regional Program "South-Eastern Europe - Together against Corruption II" (SEE-TAC II), which is implemented by RAI in partnership with UNODC and with financial support from the Austrian Development Agency.
The trainings also represent a platform for the exchange of experiences and sharing of best practices in preventing and combating corruption.
